Brant Tomlinson serves as the Director of Policy and Community Outreach at the Mullikin Law Firm. Tomlinson was elected to serve as Kershaw County Council 5th District in 2022 where he was also appointed by council to serve on the finance committee.

Tomlinson is a military veteran who served in the United States Air Force (reserves) from 2007 to 2013. He has helped lead expeditions both overseas and across S.C. and is an accomplished SCUBA dive master organizing artificial reef building projects and shark awareness scuba dives. Tomlinson is a GEA IRONMAN award recipient – as a high school state champion wrestler and former collegiate athlete, wrestling at Spartanburg Methodist College.

Tomlinson has a passion for his community and state, serving on the Board of Directors for Central Carolina Technical College (formerly), Global Eco Adventures, the Junior Chamber and the SC Boating and Fishing Alliance.

Tomlinson and his wife, Alex Tomlinson, have two children (Gibbs and Baylor) and reside in Camden, SC.
